I LOVE Starbucks, but not typically over in love with thier food. The exceptions? Egg bites and the newly released Baked Apple Croissants. However, they are next-to-impossible to get your hands on because they sell out QUICK. So with some insp from Tik Tok- I tried out a copycat recipe and….. its pretty darn close.

Whatcha you’re gonna need

1) 2 cans crescent rolls
2) 1 stick of butter
3) 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
4) 1 tsp vanilla
5) 2 Tsp Cinnamon and Sugar Mix
6) 6-7 apples (your choice) peeled and diced into small pieces

Steps

Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium-low heat. Add the apple, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla . Stir so the apples are coated. Once the mixture bubbles, cook the apple for three minutes.
Preheat oven. Grease your muffin tin. Unroll the crescent roll dough putting one into the muffin tin. Use your fingers to stretch the dough if needed. Fill each cup with 1 tablespoon of the apple mixture. Once you have the apple mixture in each- fold the dough back over the mixture. If you have “spare” dough, you can use that to fill gaps.
Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes
